2018-2019 DDA Strategic Plan

The DDA Board, with the help of City Planner Sally Elmiger, created a five-year action plan that includes short term, medium term and long term goals. The 2018-2019 Strategic Plan was officially approved at the July 12, 2018 DDA Board meeting.
