Central Parking Deck 2022 Construction Project

Downtown Plymouth Central Parking Deck is scheduled to undergo repairs starting the week of October 3. Repairs are expected to be made to areas of the drainage system, the pedestrian bridge to Main Street, and the steel stairwell on the east side of the parking deck. The project is expected to be ongoing through early November.

At times, there will be no access from the second level of the parking deck to either the pedestrian bridge to Main Street or the eastern steel stairs. Visitors using the upper level of the parking deck will be required to use the western stairwell near the medical center. Since the medical center is required to close the elevators after business hours, persons with disabilities should not use the upper level of the parking deck between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. Monday through Saturday and all day on Sunday during the closure of the pedestrian bridge. There will be additional handicap spaces available on the lower level and signage will be posted.

Additionally, the Fleet Street alley will likely be closed at times during the project near the pedestrian bridge and stairwell. There is expected to only be minimal impacts on parking throughout the construction project. Specific details on timing of closures and additional impacts around the Central Parking Deck will be posted as they become available.
